What to Expect

The Rack's Over 50 Program
is built specifically for 
individuals aged 50 years and over.  

1.

The Rack's expert coaches will guide you through a dynamic warm-up designed to stimulate blood flow and prepare the joints for physical activity.

2.

Balance and coordination work to improve your proprioception and kinesthetic awareness.

3.

Resistance training designed to build strength and maintain muscle mass.  Our strength training program builds week from week so you will continue to challenge yourself

4.

Flexibility training so you will move and feel better, improving your posture and enhance your functional ability.

5.

Scheduled rest days give your muscles time to build back stronger and your body a chance to recharge.

6.

Gradual progressions so your workouts will become more challenging as you are becoming stronger.

7.

Safety precautions when appropriate. All sessions are taught by a certified coach who will offer modifications when needed.

8.

An amazing community that will keep you motivated and engaged!
