Group Training at The Rack means that you'll be following an elite strength and conditioning program centered around the principals of progressive overload and periodization.  You will follow a 12-week program that is designed to increase strength, decrease fat mass, improve sports performance, and help you move better.

We will guide you through every step of the program, ensuring that you are performing the movements safely, effectively, and we will always be available to answer any questions that may come up.

A FOCUS ON COMPOUND MOVEMENTS
When it comes to effective strength training, compound movements are key. Under the instruction of our coaches you will become an expert in moves like the SQUAT, DEADLIFT, PULL-UP, and PRESS. These movements recruit multiple muscle groups, leading to greater strength gains and improved functional fitness.
A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU
